Baby Mama the Label was founded by a passionate mother of three who saw a gap in the market for stylish and functional nursing-friendly clothing while on maternity leave in 2014, she decided to take matters into her own hands and started designing and creating her own pieces. Her goal was to help other nursing mothers feel comfortable and confident while breastfeeding their little ones.
With a keen eye for fashion and a dedication to creating high-quality garments, Baby Mama the Label quickly became a hit among new mothers in Australia. In fact, the company was the first to make and sell nursing-friendly clothing in the country & took her designs to the 2015 Pregnancy Babies & Children’s Expo to showcase them all while at the same time as baby wearing her then 18 month old son over the entire 3 day expo as she was still breastfeeding and her son had never spent a moment away from her.
