Refund policy

At Baby Mama The Label, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, we offer a 14-day window from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, unworn and unwashed condition with all tags still attached and product packaging intact.

If you’d like to request a return or exchange, please contact us at admin@babymama.net.au. We offer the following options:

  • Store credit
  • Exchange
  • Refund (minus any applicable fees or charges)

Please note: A restocking fee of 10% of the product cost may be applied to your refund. Additionally, fees and charges related to payment methods, as well as postage costs, may be deducted from your refund. If your exchange request exceeds the amount of your original order, you will be responsible for paying the difference.

Gift cards are not able to returned/exchanged or refunded.

Sale items are subject to approval on a case-by-case basis determined by Baby Mama The Label.

Order Cancellations

At Baby Mama The Label, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing it. Simply contact us at admin@babymama.net.au to request a cancellation. If your request is received within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund minus any fees associated with payment methods. If you request a cancellation after the pre-order period has ended, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for each item.

Damaged/Faulty Item

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible (admin@babymama.net.au). We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover any postage costs. To expedite the process, we may ask for photos of the damage or issue. Once the item has been returned and inspected, we will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit (at your request).

Lost/Delayed Parcels

Baby Mama The Label uses Australia Post for all shipping. If you experience a delay with your delivery, please contact us at admin@babymama.net.au and file a claim with the postal service using the provided tracking information. We have no control over delays in shipping and do not offer refunds or replacements for delayed deliveries. If your package is lost, we will work with the postal service to confirm the loss and offer a replacement or refund (per our refund policy). Thank you for shopping with Baby Mama The Label.
