Shipping Policy

Baby Mama The Label is operated out of the rural Queensland town Gin Gin so please take the time to read our shipping policy to understand when you will receive your packages.

Packing & Shipping:

We aim to have all orders packed and shipped within 48 hours of receiving them. If your order has not been shipped within this timeframe, please contact us. Please note that this timeframe only applies to business days (not weekends or public holidays).

How will my item be shipped?

We use standard Australian Post satchels and boxes to keep our costs low and pass on the savings to our customers. Your items will be shipped in their original packaging or recycled packaging. Please dispose of these in dedicated soft plastics bins. Items are shipped in a satchel/box that they fit in without causing damage to any of the items.

Delivery Time:

Once your package has been accepted by the post office, you can find the most accurate delivery timeframe by using Australia Post’s tracking service (our shipping postcode is 4671) or you can enter your tracking number into our Track your order page on our website.

Express Shipping:

Express shipping does not speed up the packing process on our end. It is an option offered by Australia Post and does not equate to a rush order on our end. If you have a specific request, please contact us immediately after you have placed your order referencing your order number and we will do our best to accommodate it. However, we cannot guarantee shipping timeframes and have little control over the delivery time. If you have any issues with express shipping, please contact Australia Post.

Please note: Australia Post is still reportedly experiencing delays due to COVID as of October 1, 2022. This may cause delays and impacts to the expected arrival time of your package. Baby Mama has no control over this situation.
